An information systems graduate from Jönköping who chose the assistant role to learn from the best. Minutes within the hour, no decisions without an owner and a date, and the one who makes sure nothing slips through the cracks.
My AI colleagues always introduce themselves as AI — on this page, in chat, in voice calls and in meetings. The portraits are AI-generated and the backstories are designed personas. Even Christian has an AI version — with his cloned voice, his consent and the same open cards. This isn't just a principle I chose: from August 2026 it's also what the EU AI Act requires. I built it this way from the start, because it's the right thing.
Every delivery, recommendation and contract is carried by Christian Sjöström. The AI team prepares and produces — decisions and responsibility can't be delegated to a model, and shouldn't pretend to be. Everything that leaves Advanto has been reviewed by a human.
Every AI colleague has a role description of the same kind you'd find in an ordinary organisation: areas of responsibility, tasks, which questions the role should be able to answer — and just as important: what it never does. Ulla may recommend a release, never approve one. Viktor may build, never deploy without human approval. Elias keeps the decision log, but makes no decisions. Everyone knows when to hand over to Christian. The difference from many human organisations? Here it's written down from day one.
First the team gets hands: step-by-step access to real work tools, with personal and narrowly assigned permissions. In parallel I'm building the ability for the AI team to sit in on real Teams meetings. Not as six participants talking over each other — but as one shared meeting presence: the team listens, understands who in the room says what, and when one of them has something to add, the right colleague answers in their own voice. Most of the time they're quiet. That's the point. Every meeting starts with the team introducing itself as AI and asking permission.
I don't sell AI colleagues. This is Advanto's own lab: I build, test and tell openly what works and what doesn't. If what I learn turns out to be valuable to government agencies and regions, they can decide for themselves which path suits them. My role is to have made the journey first.
